Delivery
Shipping costs
All our products are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium, regardless of the order amount. At Beliani you will never pay any shipping costs, since we also pay for the shipment back to us in case of a return.
Beware: For shipments to the Dutch islands, a surcharge may be applied.
Procedure
The delivery of this item is carried out by a carefully selected logistics service provider. We aim to make the delivery of your order as smooth and convenient as possible. Smaller items will be delivered by a parcel delivery service (e.g. DHL). Delivery by parcel service will always be carried out as soon as possible and without prior contact.
Some products are delivered to the customer directly from the producer on disposable palette. A disposable palette, which as in the case of cardboard and other packaging should be removed by the customer at his own cost. The shipping company does only collect reusable pallets.
Delivery address
The order will be delivered to an address specified by you. This may differ from the invoice address, allowing you to request delivery to your office or to a friend. We deliver within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Delivery times
If the product is in stock, shipment will usually take place up to 14 days after receipt of payment. Unfortunately, is not possible to specify an exact delivery date in advance. You will however be asked to provide your phone number when placing your order, so that our logistics service provider can contact you prior to delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time. Smaller items delivered by a parcel delivery service will be delivered without prior notice. Should you then not be at home, the parcel company will leave a name card with phone number allowing you to arrange for a free redelivery.
Collection by the customer
As our furniture is stored with various external hauliers, collection is not possible. All goods will be conveniently delivered to your home.
Eco-Friendly delivery option
Delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium is possible via Post NL Extra@Home. The benefit of this delivery method is that the parcel is going to be delivered into your home, and not, like in other cases, to the curbside. What is more, Post NL Extra@Home is also an environmental-friendly option. The whole delivery is CO2 free, as the trucks that deliver items are either electric, or use clean fuels. By shopping with us, you’re helping to make a positive difference.
Returns
Goods not suitable for shipping via parcel post will be collected by our carriers within 14 days at our expense. It is your responsibility to return goods suitable for shipping via parcel post. Our customer service team will be pleased to help if you have any questions regarding returns.
